Solid Silver Ribbon Interconnects (English/Japanese)

"W Tracing Paper", which is sandwich polypropylene film between tracing paper or any strong paper or film / Solid Bare Silver (You can use betweetn 32 and 26 gauge which you like. I use 32 gauge to Hot and 30 gauge to ground.) / 1/2"TecFlex or any covering thing / RCA Plug (This recipe use "WBT-0144") / Teflon tape

This recipe is easy to make and cheep. Sound is very smooth, no stress.

CONSTRUCTION

(1) Cut "W Tracin Paper" like ribbon and make a hole. See base drawing.

(2) Lace two wire through a hole zigzag, crossing behind. Don't tuch the bare wire with bare hand. Because bare wire would be oxidize after.
I recommend to use thin rubber latex glove for near work.

(5) Fix the end of ribbon cable with Teflon Tape and fold the end in half then wind round more times untill just fit size with plug.
Teflon Tape will not going aged deterioration and don't dissolve glue.
(Monitor PC-381 is 5 time and 2 time, Cardas SRCA is 9 time and 2 time, WBT's 9mm Plug is 8 time and 2 time)

(5) Use Gore-Tex rope,more smart.

(6) Hold cable and solder wire.
